The villa has vaulted ceilings and is fully air-conditioned for your comfort, in addition, it has ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and the living room area. The villa has deep pile carpeting throughout, apart from the kitchen area and bathrooms which are fully tiled. Here, near Disney we believe that we have one of the best Orlando holiday homes of it's type and it is one of the finest examples of Orlando vacation rentals in the area. Pool with child safety fence We have a larger than standard pool (30' x 15') and the area is screened by fine mesh to keep insects and animals out. The screen in no way affects a good sun tan, and in addition has the benefit of extra thick mesh on all the lower portions to provide complete privacy whilst you soak up the rays. The villa is protected by a security alarm system that is monitored by ADT twenty four hours a day.
